For clubs
Your club year, without the spreadsheets.
Parking, RV and vendor space, grooming and the banquet sell from one storefront, and the money lands in your club’s own Stripe account. Membership, dues, ballots, minutes and the books are in the same place.
Money, handled
Where a dollar actually goes.
- Paid on your own storefront
- A buyer picks a space, a booth, a banquet seat or admission and pays by card on your club’s page.
- Landed in your own account
- The money goes to your club’s own Stripe account and pays out on Stripe’s standard schedule. It is never held by us.
- Reconciled without a spreadsheet
- Budget and P&L set what came in against what the club planned, so the treasurer is not rebuilding the weekend by hand.
Membership & governance
Run the club, not the paperwork.
- Directory & applications
- One roster of who belongs to the club, with new applications arriving in it rather than in somebody’s inbox.
- Dues & the ledger
- Invoice the year, take the payment by card or check, and every one of them lands on the same ledger.
- Motions & elections
- A ballot counts the members who were eligible when it opened, so the result does not depend on who was in the room.
- Minutes & documents
- Minutes are written and kept with the club’s files, where they outlast the officer who wrote them.
The standings the roster keeps, in its own words
- Active
- Associate
- Honorary
- Lapsed
- Pending
Use as much as you want
Switches, per event.
Turn the store on for one weekend and off when the weekend is over. Nothing you turn off is deleted — turn it back on and what was there comes back.
- Store & spaces
- Sell parking, RV and grooming spaces, vendor booths, and merchandise.
- Show day
- Check-in and the day-of board.
- Club money
- The budget and the financial close.
- Timed runs
- Run the FAST CAT timing console and record the runs.
What it costs
Priced by how big your club is.
Plans start at $20/mo for a club of 15 members or fewer, and go by the size of your membership. Every plan is the whole product, and every plan takes 3% of what you collect on a card. Say how many members you have and what you take in a year, and the whole bill is below.
| Plan | Per year | Our card fee | What you pay us |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 or fewer members | $240 | 3% | $990 |
| 16 to 50 members | $480 | 3% | $1,230 |
| 51 or more members | $960 | 3% | $1,710 |
Every plan is the whole product. The only thing your size changes is the price, and paying by the year takes 17% off it, which is about two months.
That last column is the plan price plus our card fee, and nothing else. Stripe charges its own processing fee on what you collect, straight out of your club’s account, and it is the same whichever plan you are on.
Take it to your board.
Clubs decide in a room, from a packet. This page prints to one — the rate card and the numbers you just worked out, on paper, without the buttons.
